Dad and Mom hosted a dinner in honor of Bob and Mercy. Mom prepared her fondue dinner!  YUMMY! Though I heard from Dad and Mom that Mercy cooks really well…hmmm… I wonder when we will get to try her cooking..hint hint!! :-)

Mom uses broth instead of oil for cooking the seafood and beef- it is healthier than frying in oil
