I wish I knew how to cook Foie gras!! They sell this now in Le Gourmet at Rustan’s Supermarket Makati. They can also cook it for you there if you prefer. You just have to buy it and a minimal cooking fee will be charged.

When I was in France, they served foie gras chilled (not cooked) with toasted white bread, a bit of leafy salad (no dressing) and some sweet-sour jam like cranberry.
